Most motivation tools suck to be honest and most therapists are still peddling tools which simply don’t work and are shown time and time again in psychological studies to fail.  I am sure you know the pattern, you get a little bit of excitement or passion and then it dies away quite quickly whilst you blame yourself for failing yet again.
