My stress management program with hypnotherapy, IEMT, MET, NLP, EFT and various forms of counselling is available in Brighton and Hove, East Sussex or online for people around the world.  It will help you take back control of your mind which can feel out of control and over reactive at times.  Your limbic system which is the part of the brain responsible for managing stress if over worked and needs help to get back into balance,  this is where therapy is vital to help you train your mind to be more pro-active.
