NLP

NLP (Neuro-linguistic programming) looks at the mind as if it were a computer. All of your behaviours, emotions and habits are learned from the day you were born until now.

What NLP does is take any learned behaviours like anxiety, fear, lack of confidence or motivation etc and helps the brain to learn new ways to react and respond.

NLP is recognised as a powerful way to change how the brain works and how you see and interact with your world.

An NLP session will consist of various exercises using, breathing, visualisation, posture and touch to help you work in a more balanced way with your mind.

NLP is great for:

  • Confidence
  • Self esteem
  • Anxiety
  • Stress

  • Food cravings / issues
  • Motivation
  • Sports performance
  • Smoking
  • Relationships
  • Business
  • Habits and much more

A session lasting up to 75 minutes will cost £50.

Case study

Mark was suffering with anxiety and a lack of confidence at University.

In the past he had been bullied and this had affected how he interacted with the other students. Mark wanted to contribute to debates and also be a leader in some activities. NLP was used to help Mark change the way he felt about his past, I also gave him trigger which meant he could access instant confidence or calm at the press of a thumb and finger.
