Feeling anxious within the body can feel exhausting and confusing as sometimes we are just not sure why we feel so anxious. Anxiety creates a “fight or flight” reaction in the body and this creates adrenaline which floods your body creating unpleasant symptoms.

After a while the adrenaline still flooding through the body creates sensitive nerves which can exaggerate how you feel.

 

Prolonged anxiety can lead to depression.


In fact we can even start feeling anxious about feeling anxious and this creates a self feeding powerful emotion that can disrupt our lives on many levels.

Physical symptoms of anxiety include:
